How does billing work for the subscription license?
The IBM® SPSS® Statistics subscription can be purchased as a monthly or annual subscription and is charged at the beginning of the billing period. As a first-time IBM Marketplace customer, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. If you’re a returning customer, you can pay with a credit card, purchase order (PO) or invoice. You’ll be automatically billed on a periodic basis according to the terms of your subscription. If you pay by invoice, you'll get another invoice automatically.
If you need to make payment by other means, contact an IBM seller for more information.
How do I buy an add-on if I already have a Base subscription?
Log in to your My IBM account and click the “Manage” button next to your SPSS Statistics listing. On the overview page, find the “Upgrade or change plan” section, click the “Make changes” button, and follow the instructions on the next page. If your Base plan has been canceled you won’t be eligible to purchase add-ons.
What licensing options, other than the Base subscription, are available?
